I hope everyone is looking forward to practice next week!

This is a friendly reminder that we are also approaching the deadlines for reimbursement of registration fees.  

If your summer plans or commitments have changed and you need to withdraw, please note these approaching deadlines.

• April 28: 100% of a swimmer's registration fees less processing fees and insurance
• May 9: 50% of a swimmer's registration fees less processing fees and insurance
• May 10: No refund requests can be accepted after the end of the second week of practice

**Note: Credit card processing fees are not refundable. Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.

All refund requests must be submitted via email to the vice president ([email protected]) by these dates.
